Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies Ambirama uses, why, and how to change your choice. The data controller is Consonant S.r.l.; for the full picture on personal data see the Privacy Policy.
This is a courtesy translation. The Italian version is the authoritative one.
1. What they are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use them to make the service work, to remember your preferences and — only if you agree — to measure how the site is used.
We also use technologies equivalent to cookies, such as browser local storage, listed below alongside the cookies themselves.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Always active: the service cannot work without them. Under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code they require no consent.

3. Preference cookies

4. Third-party analytics and advertising cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, and only with your consent. Analytics tells us how the site is used; Ads lets us measure which adverts led to a registration. We do not display adverts on this site and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Until you consent, Google's script is not loaded at all and no request reaches Google's servers: this is not merely a matter of disabled cookies but the complete absence of any contact with the provider. The tag runs in Consent Mode v2 with every consent signal denied by default.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
Distinguishes users for statistical purposes. | 2 years |
_ga_<ID> |
Maintains session state for the Analytics property. | 2 years |
_gcl_au |
Measures advertising conversions, linking a click on an advert to what was then done on the site. | 90 days |
Third-party controller: Google Ireland Limited. Notices: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4.1 Advertising conversion measurement
If you reach the site from an advert, the page address carries a click identifier
assigned by the advertising network (gclid). With your consent we keep it in a
cookie of our own and, if you register, attach it to that registration: this is
what lets us know which campaign produced it and report that back to the advertising
network as a conversion.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
ambirama_attribution |
Holds the advert click identifier and campaign parameters until you register, if you do. | 90 days |
If you refuse advertising cookies this cookie is never set and no information about where you came from is kept. If you withdraw consent after giving it, the cookie is deleted immediately. How the data is handled once attached to an account is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Cookie-free tour analytics
Published tours collect usage statistics without using any cookie and without recording IP addresses or persistent identifiers. The only identifier is a random value valid for a single browser tab, never saved to the device. Because it involves no storage of information on the user's terminal, this processing requires no consent: the legal basis is legitimate interests, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. No other third-party components
Our pages load no external fonts, content delivery networks or third-party widgets: when you open a page, no data reaches any provider other than those listed here.
7. Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time using the panel at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: collection stops and the tag is disabled without needing to reload the page.
You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. Deleting the
ambirama_cookie_consent cookie brings the banner back on your next visit. Deleting
the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out.
8. Changes
Updates to this page are published here with the date of last modification.
Your cookie preferences
These cookies help us see which pages are useful and which adverts brought people here. Essential cookies — the ones that keep you signed in and remember your language — are always on and are not covered by this choice.
